The Icelandic fisheries management system discussed at a conference in Moscow.
The permanent secretary of the Ministry of Fisheries in Iceland gave a speech today to a conference on fisheries management in Moscow, Russia. The conference organised by the VNRO, the Russian Marine Instute, concentrated on fisheries management both within EEZs and on the high seas.
